Grid game

A Jeopardy-style game board, made of your questions

Categories across the top, points down. Teams pick a square, the question opens on the big screen, and the fastest buzzer gets to answer. Everyone already knows how to play, so the fun starts the moment you press Start.

A Grid board on a TV with five categories, from 80s Hits to All About Emma, a few squares already played, and a buzzer on a player’s phone.

A buzzer in every pocket

Every phone becomes a buzzer. The screen names the team that pressed first, the music stops, and you mark the answer right or wrong with one tap. The scores do the maths.

  • No buzzer hardware to buy or set up
  • Teams play from one phone, or everyone from their own
  • Change any score by hand when you need to
The game screen names Disco Llamas as the first team to buzz in, and the team’s phone shows its buzzer.

Pictures, songs and video in any square

Put a photo, a song or a film clip behind any square. Songs play with sound bars that move to the music, pictures fill the screen when you reveal them, and an answer can bring a picture of its own.

  • Trim songs in the editor
  • Reveal a picture when you’re ready
  • An answer card the whole room can read

Special squares and a big finish

Hide double points behind a square, or make it a mystery question the team has to hand to another. When the board is clear, the top three teams take the podium.

  • Double points for the bold
  • Mystery questions that change hands
  • Mix the Grid with any other round
The podium at the end of a game: Disco Llamas first, Night Owls second and Team Taco third.
