Music, pictures and video

Guess the song. Name the face. Buzz in.

The rounds a party remembers are the ones it can hear and see. Upload your own songs, photos and video clips, cut each song to its best few seconds, and put them behind any square of the Grid or into any other round. The first team to buzz stops the music.

AmoQuiz doesn’t supply music, pictures or videos. You bring the files, and the right to use them at your event.

A song playing on the game screen, its orange sound bars moving to the music, and a buzzer on a player’s phone.

Songs, cut to the hook

Upload your audio files and trim each clip in the editor: start on the chorus, stop before the title gives it away. On the big screen, sound bars move to the music until a team buzzes.

Set where each clip starts and stops
Loop a clip while teams think
Wrong answer? Play on from where it stopped

The music has stopped, and the game screen names Disco Llamas as the first team to buzz.

Pictures on the big screen

Baby photos of the birthday star, famous landmarks, logos, the view from the honeymoon hotel: put a picture in any question and reveal it when you’re ready. The whole room sees it, and teams answer on their phones.

A picture question about the pyramids: which wonder of the ancient world is still standing?

Film clips, and answers worth the wait

Play a film scene, a music video or a message from the boss. When it’s time, reveal the answer on a big card, with a song, a picture or a video of its own.

Scores update the moment you mark it

Does AmoQuiz come with songs or pictures?

No. AmoQuiz doesn’t supply music, pictures, videos or other copyrighted content. You upload the files you want to use, and you make sure you have the right to use them where you host.

Will the music stutter on the venue’s Wi-Fi?

Not with AmoQuiz Desktop: every song, picture and video is stored on your laptop, so nothing buffers mid-chorus, and the game doesn’t need the internet at all.

About AmoQuiz Desktop

Can one round mix songs, pictures and video?

Yes. Every question can have its own song, picture or video, and so can its answer, in the Grid or in any other round.
